We had a productive, fun and exciting 2013, and we are ready to make 2014 even better! But before diving into the New Year head on, we took a look back at the last year and compiled our top New Year’s resolutions for 2014.

1. Focus on Content Marketing

As we’ve already mentioned, content marketing is going to play an important role in 2014, and we want to make sure we continue to create compelling, engaging and shareable content through effective and interesting blogs and infographics.

2. Build on what we did Last Year
Even though this resolution applies to all aspects within Mopdog, specifically, the web guys hope to better themselves by learning new technologies, new ways to manage web projects and new programming languages.

3. Meet Readers where they Are 
It won’t matter how interesting and original your content is if it’s not being read by the right people. This year, we want to focus on connecting with our followers not only by providing quality content, but also engaging in conversation through a variety of platforms.

4. Take the Time to be Inspired
Inspiration is everywhere; it’s just a matter of whether or not it’s seen and fully appreciated. In the year to come, we hope we can be inspired by our daily surroundings and apply these inspirations to our work.

5. Improve Overall Communication
Communicating effectively is vital to business success, and although we feel we are already great communicators, there is always room for improvement. This year we are focusing on improving our communication not only with our clients, but also internally by implementing a new workflow structure.

6. Launch our New Website
We foresee that 2014 is going to bring a lot of changes to Mopdog. One of the first being the launch of our new website!
