Meet the newest member of the pack, Danielle Griffin. She is a graduate student at Kennesaw State University and has been working at Mopdog since January as a Marketing Intern. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending her time outdoors; hiking, going on long walks and picnics. Join us in welcoming her!

Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I was born and raised in Columbus, GA as the youngest of four siblings. I graduated in 2021 with a B.S. in Public Relations, and I am currently pursuing an M.A. in Integrated Global Communications. I have been working in marketing since my freshman year of college and would like to continue in this field after I graduate.

Three words to describe me are adventurous, inquisitive and reliable. One thing that captivates me is live theater performances. My go-to movie genre is Rom-Com, but you might catch me watching True Crime documentaries as well. If I fall down a social media site rabbit-hole, I am probably on Instagram, even though YouTube is my favorite platform.

I love working in Marketing and Communications, but In another life, I would want to be a fashion stylist.

What do you do at Mopdog?
My role at Mopdog is to assist with marketing projects as needed, which includes copywriting, creating graphics, managing social media and organizing content.

What do you like the most about your job?
My favorite part about my job is that no day is the exact same. There is always a new project and an opportunity to learn something new to refine my skills. Everyone that works at Mopdog is also AMAZING, so that helps!

Who or what inspires you?
I am inspired by my mom and my grandmother. These are two women in my life who embody strength and resilience. They taught me to never give up, how to make the best of every situation, and to always help others. Because of them, I am inspired to keep pushing towards my dreams and always reach back to help those behind me.

What do you like to do outside of work? Any hobbies?
My favorite thing to do in my free time is travel and explore new places. Most of the time that I am not in school or at work, I will be hanging out with friends, writing, or doing arts and crafts. When it is sunny, I love spending time outdoors, hiking, going on long walks and picnics.

Share a fun fact about you.
A fun fact about me is that I have an Irish Twin! I was born only 11 months after my older sister, so for the month of May we are the same age.
