Hello, 2020!

Our pack is excited for the new year! We are so thankful to continue to be able to work with our clients, providing exciting marketing solutions to support their operations.

Looking back, 2019 was filled with change. From new clients to new pack members, we enjoyed coming together and combining our ideas and expertise to create great digital and print projects. We also had an opportunity to support our local community through in-kind and volunteer work, and made many great memories along the way. Today, our pack members took a moment to look back at 2019 and point out some of their favorite moments, both in life and at the Doghouse. They also had a chance to share their vision for 2020. Read all about it below:

Supporting our sons as they continue to grow into amazing men. Sharing in the celebration of Cole, our son, marrying Erica, the love of his life, on 2/22.  Supporting Zach, our son, as his dream becomes a reality as a D1 lacrosse player.  Working every day with an amazing team at Mopdog and working beside my best friend every day!

Can you share some of your favorite moments from 2019?

Too many to list, however, taking excursions with Topdog to pitch accounts and visit with our favorite clients!

If you didn’t mention above. Can you share your favorite moment from 2019 at the Doghouse?

The many moments we have together as a team. Such an amazing and caring group of professionals.

  • Joe’s Coffee, exciting project to rebrand and not to mention the coffee, treats and tour.
  • Cheryl’s brownies…the BEST!

Michele:

What are you most excited about for 2020?

I anticipate 2020 to be a year of much change for my family.  People are moving – literally and figuratively – and I am open to the ride.  Bring it on!

Can you share some of your favorite moments from 2019?

I “reconnected” with playing the guitar last year. I took lessons as a child, and picked it up again after receiving an inexpensive guitar for Christmas! I have since “upgraded” to a better instrument and am having such fun!

If you didn’t mention above, can you share your favorite moments from 2019 at the Doghouse?

I have never worked for an employer that shares a meal together once a week.  For 5 years, I have really enjoyed Thursday production meeting lunches because we can all get to know each other better. This is one of the reasons Mopdog has such a tight team!  Genius!

Jon:

What are you most excited about for 2020?

I’m excited to hone my programming skills both at Mopdog and at home. Also, I really want to finally learn to drift this year.

Can you share some of your favorite moments from 2019?

  • Visiting New Orleans for the first time, eating crawfish, and learning a lot about voodoo
  • Taking the state motorcycle safety course (and passing)
  • Seeing the Bigfoot museum near Blue Ridge

If you didn’t mention above, can you share your favorite moments from 2019 at the Doghouse?

Probably going to Joe’s with everybody, seeing all of the crazy coffee production stuff, and getting to try the fancy coffee.

Estefany:

What are you most excited about for 2020?

Professionally, I am excited about the different projects that I will be working on at Mopdog. Our diverse clientele allows me to constantly nurture my creativity and challenge myself as a writer. Personally, I am very excited to visit my family in Colombia. I miss them very much and seeing them will just make the year that much better!

Can you share some of your favorite moments from 2019?

From joining the Pack to presenting at two academic conferences and being published in an edited collection, 2019 brought me lots of joy on the professional side. Personally, I married the love of my life <3

If you didn’t mention above, can you share your favorite moments from 2019 at the Doghouse?

Every moment was a great moment at the Doghouse! I feel very lucky to be surrounded by such an incredible group of people. We all bring something very different to the table, and we all work very well together.
