Last Night, Cobb Youth Leadership (CYL) participated in Military Night! What an event! A representative from the US Air Force Academy and Shan Cooper from Lockheed Martin spoke about their service and what they do for our country. The group was also shown four demonstrations from the 4th Battalion of the Marines.

– Weapons, communication and paratroopers
– Hand to hand combat
– Interactive rifle range shooting
– Fallen soldier recovery team

It was a great night to talk to members of our Armed Forces. They even let me try a gun on for size! (Kids, don’t try this at home.)
