March Madness Mayhem in the Workplace
It’s that time of year again–March Madness has arrived and everyone is excited to see who is going to be the new NCAA basketball champion. We wanted to know, how does March Madness mayhem affect the office and employees work? According to an ABC article, participating in March Madness at work might actually improve productivity, but this hasn’t always been the case. In the past, 22 percent of executives believed that March Madness activities had an adverse effect on the output of employees. Today, 75 percent believe that there is no negative impact and 16 percent believe it is either “somewhat positive” or “very positive” to allow March Madness activities at work.
