Re-evaluate Social Media Access

• Ensure those who no longer need access to your social accounts get removed
• Add additional access for those who need it
• Security is key—consider updating passwords for your social accounts

Fix Broken Links

• Double-check that website, blog and social links are up-to-date

Clean Your Devices

• Physically wipe down and dust your digital devices to ensure they are working properly
• Replace any batteries in small electronic gadgets and properly dispose of used batteries
• Digitally, allow for more email data usage by clearing the trash, spam and downloads folder
• Digitally, clean up your computer’s downloads folder and remove any unused files

Clean Out Email Lists

• Make sure email lists are correctly organized and remove contacts that are no longer compatible

 Update Personal and Client information

• Ensure your site’s contact page has the latest information
• Check your contact book to make sure you have the latest client phone numbers, emails and addresses
