New Year’s Resolutions at Mopdog!

With 2019 gaining traction, the Mopdog team is making goals for the New Year! We want to support each other in all aspects of life, not just work. Over the next few weeks, check our social media platforms for updates on everyone’s progress – good or bad! Experts claim that over 80% of people give up on New Year’s resolutions by the first week of February. We are raising the bar and pushing our team to make it through the first business quarter in March!

Let’s hear what the stakes really are. What are your resolutions, everyone?

Bill: I am not much for resolutions but if I were to make one it would be to spend more time designing functional art made from metal and wood and actually sell a piece to a stranger.

Cheryl: My resolution is simple: continue on my journey of health and happiness.

Pauline: Mine is to become healthier both physically and mentally. I am getting married in May and want to look and feel my best for my big day! #SweatingForTheWedding #TwoSnellsInAShell

Tricia: I want to hike three times a week and cut back on chewy candy. (Note: Tricia is the queen of setting goals; I wouldn’t bet against her!)

Adam: I want to be fluent in Spanish by the end of the year, to have the first draft of my novel complete, and to make at least 3 drawings a week, either digital or traditional.

Michele: I will be practicing yoga and strength training 4 days per week and taking a brisk 30-minute walk at least 3 days per week this month. I also want to buy a bike (I LOVED bicycling as a kid) and to convert an area of our house to a little practice studio for myself.

Simone: My New Year’s resolution is to eat healthier and exercise more this year. Just making sure I get up and get active.

Anna: I want to exercise twice a week and bring healthier options from home for lunch instead of eating out. I also want to open an IRA before March!

Martin: Survive.
