Mopdog Recognized for Distinguished Leadership, Ranks in Top 25 Cobb Small Businesses
At the beginning of May, Mopdog Chief Strategy Officer Cheryl Musial was nominated as a Woman of Distinction to honor her years in executive management promoting and encouraging women in the workplace. Each year, the Cobb Chamber recognizes a woman who has demonstrated exceptional leadership through her professional endeavors and community involvement to support and advance their community and respective fields.
Beyond her tireless work as a business executive in Cobb County, Cheryl has assisted numerous boards and nonprofit organizations, such as the Center for Family Resources, Leadership Cobb, Cobb County Safety Village Foundation, YWCA of Northwest Georgia, WellStar Regional Health Advisory Board and Cobb Schools Foundation.
This year’s 25th annual Woman of Distinction award, formerly called the Glass Ceiling Award, was presented to Cobb Superior Court Judge Mary Staley, who presides over Cobb’s Mental Health Accountability Court. Cheryl was honored to attend the Cobb Chamber event and support these amazing leaders—especially Judge Staley’s profound impact on the entire metro Atlanta area.
