In less than a week all eyes will be on the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey to see the Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos battle it out in Super Bowl XLVIII. While the game and halftime show are always captivating, we can’t wait to see what this year’s lineup of commercials have in store for us.
Whether the top commercials are hysterically perfect, tug at your heartstrings or are just so dreadful that you simply can’t forget them – everyone has a previous favorite to beat. Below are some of the top ads over the last few years and some of our personal favorites.

The Best Buy Amy Poehler Super Bowl commercial of 2013 brought all the laughs.
And who can forget the comical E*Trade babies. Check out this E*Trade Super Bowl commercial that went viral after the 2010 Super Bowl.
In 2006 Doritos started Crash the Super Bowl, a contest where consumers were invited to create their own Doritos ad. Each year, at least one fan-made commercial is guaranteed to air during the Super Bowl. Below are some of the winners who also placed in the top three of USA Today’s Super Bowl Ad Meter poll.
