Coming Together for Our Pack Members

Dictionary definitions are always a great way of understanding the meaning of words. When you open that book or search that term online, you know that there will be some description to guide you. Today, we want to reflect on the word resilience, not only defined by the dictionary but also by actions.

Resilience (noun)

re·sil·ience | \ ri-ˈzil-yən(t)s \

1: the capability of a strained body to recover its size and shape after deformation caused especially by compressive stress

2: an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change

Marketing agencies know a thing or two about resilience. Sometimes we have to adapt to technology changes, trend changes, client changes, staff changes and so much more. Still, we work together always to provide the best work and learn from every situation. Outside of our marketing role, we also have our personal lives and the many changes that come with them. So, how does resilience fit in the mix of work and home? It just does.

Our pack is a tight group. We support each other through thick and thin, so when someone needs assistance, we are ready to help. Recently, our Project Manager, Pauline, suffered a foot fracture. Being unable to walk for several weeks, Pauline has made the best out of the situation.

The pack stepped in to assist Pauline. Our Topdog, Bill Musial, created a schedule where every Mopdog member participated in giving Pauline a ride to and from work. We came together to help our colleague and friend. Why wouldn’t we help? Pauline is our girl! She is hardworking, resourceful and keeps the pack organized. As a funny, kind and resilient individual, Pauline has a positive outlook on life that holds her firm no matter the circumstances, and we love to support that. Now, she is back on both feet!

Here’s to our resilient pack!
