CFR Thanks for Giving Campaign

The Center for Family Resources (CFR) “Thanks for Giving” Campaign was in full swing yesterday as hundreds of people lined up for the opportunity to receive a free meal for the holidays. The CFR serves Cobb County families, with children, who often go day to day without enough to eat. To qualify, applicants must be families with children, meet a designated low-income threshold and live in Cobb County. The Thanks for Giving program hopes to assist 1,400 people in Cobb by giving them food baskets for Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you are or know a family in need, you can register today until 4 p.m. at the Cobb County Civic Center.

Visit CFR’s Thanks for Giving page to donate and help The CFR reach their goal of feeding 1,400 people.
