Congratulations to Adam for winning our March Madness office bracket challenge!

Much of the pack had their brackets busted early on in the tournament, except for  Adam, Martin and Tricia, who held on to place in the top three spots.

From the early #BracketBuster games to the historical championship game, this year’s NCAA March Madness Tournament sure did take us on a wild ride. While a few were able to predict one of the four teams that made it to the Final Four, no one was able to predict that a number 7 seed (UConn) and a number 8 seed (Kentucky) would face each other in the finals and that the UConn Huskies would make history by winning the championship. However, one thing is for sure, this year’s March Madness office bracket challenge taught me a few things that I will apply to next year’s challenge:

• Don’t rely on the auto fill option from the experts. They will not guarantee you a win

• There will be major upsets. You just have to hope that they aren’t the team you chose to win it all

• Don’t count on a top 3 seed team to win the championship. Anything can happen
