See What We Learned at Digital Summit!
The Mopdog crew had a great time at the Digital Summit last week! It was a great opportunity to network and gain insight from industry leaders.

A lot was covered over two days and it was interesting to hear the lastest digital marketing strategies and trends in social media and online. We are excited to take some of these ‘golden nuggets’ and put them to use for our clients.” – Cheryl
The team collected some great information from speakers at the summit:
1. Keys to content strategy.
- Message: Focus on the answer to a customer’s question.
- Medium: Design for your laziest customer (we thought this was funny but we know this is true). It is all about getting the right message to the right people, on the right device!
- Membership: Start the conversation and let others join in.
2. We forget to be human. If it’s not how it works in real life, it won’t work online.
3. Employee = Advocacy. Your employees are your best assets and biggest advocates. Get them excited and talking about what you are doing and that message will transition over to your audience.
4. Give lots of Damns, because your competitors probably don’t. Take time to “give a damn” personally about your clients. Showing that you care can make all the difference in your personal and professional relationship with clients.
