Home Healthcare Solutions is dedicated to serving home care and hospice agencies across the United States. They supply an innovative approach to the delivery of patient-direct medical supplies for these agencies.
Due to growth and service line expansion, the timing was right to update Home Healthcare Solutions’ brand. Not only did the company go through a management change, but they had also expanded their services from the home health market to include hospice providers.
Mopdog completed an internal and external brand perception to identify strengths, challenges and opportunities for an updated image and messaging. In-person, telephonic and online surveys were completed, compiled and analyzed. Mopdog developed the branded names: Mobile Supply Closet® and eClinical Learning™. The Mopdog creative team created an updated logo, color palette, tagline and standard fonts to develop a brand that resonated with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Mopdog team created a launch plan that included key promotions and communications during an industry event.
